Filter-Tex Media Firefly Hot Gas Filters are HEPA rated rigid surface filter tubes that have successfully been installed in many high temperature applications with capabilities of up to 1600ºC.
Filter-Tex Media Firefly Hot Gas Filters offer an effective media for compliance with emission legislation relating to particulate, acid gases, heavy metals and dioxins. A wide range of sizes are available and are suited to both small and large gas volumes with dust emission levels of less then 1mg/m3.
Filter-Tex Media Firefly Hot Gas Filters are manufactured from a low-density porous media, which consists of inorganically bonded granular minerals, and fibres, which are resistant to temperatures far in excess of those, found in normal practical applications. Unlike fibrous filters this granular construction also means that Filter-Tex Media Firefly filters are non-carcinogenic.
